Yessenia is an impactful leader with a global mission to empower the community to see their ABILITIES. Born with Spina Bifida, she has overcome all odds to develop her own abilities into the professional fields of community organizing, social services, public speaking and event planning. Along with founding Disability Programs & Training, Yesse currently serves as Liaison of the Special Needs Advisory Board of the Town of Miami Lakes and is listed among the Top 100 Successful Women in Business by Global Trade Chambers. Her mission also aims to educate businesses on inclusion and accessibility towards those with disabilities.
